Hi Mesa
I add these cods to stars/test_suit/make_co_wd  , for initial mass 5M and z=0/02 as follows

 new_omega = 0.5
      set_omega = .true.
      set_initial_omega = .true.
   
change_rotation_flag = .true.
new_rotation_flag = .true.
change_v_flag = .true.
 new_v_flag = .true.
  
but I get these error 


 timestep_hold >= model_number, so no timestep increase         279         279
       retry cnt, step, log10(dt/yr), retry_factor     1   280      -13.860231        0.500000
                                                     dt    8.7078501729089786D-07
                                     min_timestep_limit    9.9999999999999995D-07

 stopping because of convergence problems dt < min_timestep_limit
