[mesa-users] MESA code Questions!!

Hello,

    I am a student work with the MESA code at Los Alamos National Lab, and i had a few questions needing answered.

1-Is there a method by which i can choose any element z1-30 to plot abundances for? It seems you can only use the 8 basic isotopes in the program, but I'm trying to plot abundances versus radaii for elemnts liek Iron and silicon too.. but if  ISO those elements in my pgstar, nothing happens. where as if i remove H1 or He3 for example...then they either appear or disappear.

2- Is there a way to plot sound speed profiles for each element?

3- are there any specific parameters not included in the tutorial  test_suite file that might be necessary to reference to ensure my models are closely replicating out sun?
