Hi Grant,

I don't recall such a list, but it is a good question.  

It should be okay to change anything in the inlist, but not everything is used on restarts.  For example, if the control name includes "initial", such as initial_mass or set_initial_age, then it is only used at the start of a run and not for restarts.   The controls for creating/loading a starting model are of course also ignored on restarts.

Have you run into other items that are a problem on restarts?  Please let us know.
