[mesa-users] Solar example model with rotation help

Please check the test_suite case 1M_pre_ms_to_wd
(star/test_suite/1M_pre_ms_to_wd). There you have this option

set_near_zams_surface_rotation_v_steps

Which will set the specified rotation at ZAMS.
