[mesa-users] Trouble relaxing composition

Hi, I've been having an issue with relax_initial_composition and haven't
been able to figure it out.  I've attached my inlist, custom net, and
composition file.  I'm using 7624 with the current SDK.

I'm trying to construct a 0.4 Msol star with the composition specified in
0.4comp.dat.  The custom net (basic_plus_2856.net) contains the basic.net plus
28Si, 56Fe, 56Co, and 56Ni.  I've turned off burning to avoid any
complications, so the custom net is just to keep track of the additional
isotopes.

The issue is that the run relaxes to a composition that is not what I've
specified.  In particular, the inner 98% or so should be nearly pure 4He,
but instead relaxes to exactly 50/50 4He/28Si.  Similar issues occur with
other compositions I've tried; in one of them, the inner region relaxed to
exactly 1/3 each of C/O/Si instead of 50/50 C/O.  Any insight out there?
