Sounds like is the first time your running your model. So after the
./mk
You want to run the model with
./rn
To star the run ./re is for when you want to restart an existing run at
some point.

You have two photo folders as each stores the photos for one star. You
should see both contain the same file names ( but there different files)
but they will  correspond to the same model number. So just pick a number
from either folder.
