I believe the value of kap_type2_frac in the profile file will continue
be reported as 1 even in regions where logT < kap_type2_logT_lower_bdy,
and hence where MESA has switched back to Type 1.

This is because the kap_type2_logT_lower_bdy blend happens in
private/kap_eval.f90 rather than public/kap_lib.f90 and as a result the
true frac_type2 value doesn't make it into the profile.
