The easiest thing to do is to set 

   log_L_lower_limit = (a value well below the MS luminosity)

For 1Msun the sun, you might set log_L_lower_limit = -1.  The model
won't have that luminosity until it is going down the WD cooling track.

If you want to stop a little earlier, you could set a Teff_upper_limit
(say ~20000K) so that you hit the stopping condition in the PN phase.

If you want to stop at some specific point, tou're going to have to
think physically about what the model will be like when you want to
stop.  Then there are a huge variety of conditions that you can apply.

You can also simply not set a stopping condition (or set max_age =
t_hubble) and see how far the model goes.  You should get pretty far
down the WD cooling track.
