[mesa-users] MESA tutorial question

Dear MESA users,
I am an undergrad learning to use the MESA program. When I go through the tutorial (http://mesa.sourceforge.net/starting.html), there is a part where the inlist file 'inlist_project' is to be modified to the following condition: stop_near_zams = .false.. However, when I modify this and save the file and resume the run using ./re, the run stops again at the same place due to the "stop because Lnuc_div_L >= Lnuc_div_L_zams_limit" condition, despite having changed "stop_near_zams" from ".true." to ".false.".
Would anyone be able to offer some help regarding why this is occurring? The tutorial says that the run should normally resume from timestep 944 to timestep 1050 until the H_1 mass fraction condition xa_central_lower_limit_species(1) = 'h1' is reached.  I realize that such modifications are going to be important in future applications of MESA and thus wanted to get this cleared up before proceeding.
Thanks!Arjun
