[mesa-users] Updated MESA init scripts

Hi All,

I have updated my alternate MESA and MESA SDK init scripts.

In particular, I posted and documented the code I use to switch between
the ~10 versions of MESA I have installed on my laptop.

I hope other multi-version MESA users will find this useful.
