Inflation has already set in with the net Jieun recently announced in an email to mesa-users.  
Thanks to Luc and Frank for pointing out that it needed to be extended to include si 29 30 and s 33 34 to provide some important neutron paths.
So now it is mesa_49.net.

We'll let you know if it changes again.
