Hi Dian,
Starting the Pre-MS evolution with 361.82 km/sec (as in your new_surface_rotation_v) is already a lot. As the star contracts, it spins up, to conserve the angular momentum, and you immediately exceed the break up.
What about starting at much slower spins, and explore what initial rotation rate on the Pre-MS phase gives you ~340 km/sec rotation velocity at the surface at ZAMS?

I hope this helps.
Ehsan.

Mesa works fine when create a ZAMS evolution, but when I try to run the pre-MS evolution, the program stops at age around 2 years. I attach the inlist here. I don't certainly know how mesa work and what things to consider when running for pre-MS, so could you please help? Thank you very much
