[mesa-users] python Kippenhan plotter

Hi all!

I've had plenty of people asking me for the scripts I use to make my
Kippenhahn plots in python. These were hanging on a github repo for a
while, but I just did a significant cleanup of the sources to make it more
flexible and faster and put it in here:

This was originally based on SimpleMesaKippy.py by Alfred Gautschy, and
then received improvements also by Matteo Cantiello.
