[mesa-users] Turning on rotation near the ZAMS

So this is my final plot of omega_div_omega_crit and v_rot for the inlist
provided, a few steps before the end, and mine seems fine. The outer layer
is >100km/s and ~0.25. The omega_div_omega_crit=0.1 also looks similar.
