[mesa-users] Accessing profile data from run_stars_extra.f

Sounds reasonable, though should we also now move get_val (rename to
get_profile_val) and get_axis_id (maybe renamed to get_profile_id) into
profile.f? As they no longer going to be purely pgstar calls
