[mesa-users] preferred windows terminal client

Willie,

Putty doesn't automatically accept X windows output; you need to enable
this in Connection > SSH > X11. You'll also need a Windows client that is
capable of displaying that output. I'm sure people will have varying
recommendations but I've used Xming <http://sourceforge.net/projects/xming/>
with success in doing this sort of thing.
