Hi Amber,
In MESA_DIR you just have to write the location of MESA (e.g. MESA_DIR =
/Users/francesca/Northwestern/Research/mesa_6794 on my machine, where
mesa_6794 is the folder where MESA sits).
For each run you do, MESA_DIR will always be the same, so I don't
understand why you have to change it for each different case…
