[mesa-users] Rollback of Ledoux Related Options

Hi All,

As mentioned in the release notes for r6794, the option
"use_Ledoux_criterion" was split into "allow_semiconvective_mixing" and
"allow_thermohaline_mixing".

This change was rolled back for r7184^, though that didn't made in the
r7184 release notes.  The current docs on the website discuss the old
new behavior, but I'll try and fix that later today.
