So the plot you sent before has c12_o16 on the Y-axis. That is not the C/O ratio, neither the Mass of CO. 
Do you know what this variable is? If not, do you know where you can retrieve this information?
If the answer is 'no', it means you didn't read the basic instructions as I suggested, in particular http://mesa.sourceforge.net/output.html

Saying the result is "not good" is also an empty statement: you have to say why you think so. It is different from what you expect? And if so why?
As Josiah said, trying to clarify and explain the problem at hand to other people allows you to find the solution on your own 99% of the time.
And in the process you'll learn much more than somebody else telling you how it's done.

Stick to this attitude and you'll see things will look much easier soon.
