Hi Sanaz,
as previously stated by other people trying to help you, 
you have to provide the information required to understand your problem. 
We can not know what's going on unless you explain in details:

1) What you are trying to achieve
2) How you are trying to do it (this usually involves including your inlist files).
3) What is going wrong in the process (this might require providing explanatory plots / specific output).

Barely stating that you have a problem makes impossible for other users to help you. 
Also before asking for guidance be sure you have gone through the basics at http://mesa.sourceforge.net/starting.html
You'll see that sticking to these simple suggestions will make using the mailing list much more effective and useful.
