[mesa-users] use star_utils - fatal error

Hi Jakub,
You are hit by this fatal error because you’re sneaking into mesa/star privacy!
A user can only access “public” routines that reside in the mesa/star/public files.
For your case, you either have to copy-paste that routine into your own run_star_extras, or ask Bill to give you a public handle to it.
