[mesa-users] deuterium in solar calibration test and internal energy

Hi Masanobu,

1) deuterium = h2 is included in add_pp_extras and therefore also in
pp_and_cno_extras.net.  Maybe you're just writing out the information to
the profile or history file?  You can add it to one or both, see the
*_columns.list in mesa/star/defaults.

2) C_V = (dE/dT)_V does not mean the same as E = C_v * T.  You would have
to integrate C_V * dT to get U.
