Hi Sasha,

Each profile file contains two sets of information.  The first few lines 
are summary information about the global state of the star at that 
time.  This has a header line, a column numbering line and one data 
line.  After that is the section that gives the profile, starting with a 
header line, column numbers and then a bunch of lines of data.  If you 
want the properties within a single shell in the profile, you should 
look at the second part of the file, those are things you can plot as a 
profile.
