[mesa-users] Abundance

Hi
So you could do a profile panel plot (Profile_Panels1_win_flag) and set the
x axis to radius and the y axis to the isotope you want. But that still
wont give you elemental quantities only isotope quantities (and also could
only have two at a time on a plot)

You could always compute the quantities you want in a run_stars_extra.f
routine and add them as extra columns in the  profile log file:

And then plot them afterwards in a seperate plotting tool or, I think, you
can use the extra column in the profile file in a profile_plot.
