[mesa-users] Fortran runtime error: Cannot match namelist object name n^2

Looks like you missed some letters in the profile column name.

Instead of
log_D_th
you want
log_D_thrm
in your working  copy of profile_columns.list

Assuming you wanted the D_mix for regions where mix_type =
thermohaline_mixing
