[mesa-users] show_phase_of_evolution

Seems like something to be called from run_stars_extra to give you an idea
of what the stars doing at that point in time?

If you look up one function there's set_phase_of_evolution and that is
called in star/private/init.f so it should have the info it needs to run
(setting s%phase_of_evolution)
