Hi Leila
You'll want to look at the history_columns.list not the profile_columns.list. The history file saves parameters as a function of time, while each profile file shows a snapshot of the star at one particular time.
By default the history file will save the time and log_R

Subject: [mesa-users] plotting radius vs time
Hi everyone,
I am a new mesa-6208 user trying to work with the irradiated planets test suite. I want to monitor the radius of the planet (here 0.001 Msun) vs. time. Can anyone let me know which parameters I should follow in my profile_columns.list. So far I my profile_columns list monitors (zone, logR & radius) but no time! I can't see which parameter to include for time!? Also the radius and LogR show the values at outer boundary of each zone and not only the outer most zone that I am interested in. I feel totally lost! Just for more clarification I have attached an image of the type of plot I want to have at the end.
Thanks a lot
Leila
