The default is to calculate weak rates using the tables in 
/data/rates_data/weakreactions.tables

You need to includes the isotopes that are involved in the reactions you
care about in your network in this case too.

The only case I'm aware of where that's not true is when you're using
compound reactions that assume equilibrium abundances for intermediates
species not included in the net.  (See the approx family of nets for an
example.)
