[mesa-users] abundances of all isotopes

Hi MESA users,

I'd like to plot the abundances of some isotopes not included in the 
reaction network I am using.
In particular I would be interested in the isotopes from the file 
mesa/data/rates_data/ecapture_states.list ,
which, if I am correct, are the one capturing electrons and positrons.
Where can I find these abundances, or alternatively, how does MESA 
calculates their abundances?
