That page on mesastar.org became the run_star_extras page that is
currently on the website.  So I would encourage you to consult

  http://mesa.sourceforge.net/run_star_extras.html

instead.  There's no likely no significant difference right now, but the
one on the main MESA site is kept up-to-date, where as that forum post
was just for the last year's summer school and will not be maintained.
