[mesa-users] No plotting on test runs in release 5819?

Prior to compiles, I set
% export MESASDK_ROOT=/Applications/mesasdk
% source $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/mesasdk_init.sh
in expectation it was missing on linking.

In other paths, I see:
MESA_DIR=/Users/Shared/3rdPartyCodes/mesa/
MESASDK_ROOT=/Applications/mesasdk
PGPLOT_DIR=/Applications/mesasdk/pgplot

I get the same behavior if I use the star/work set as well.  

pgstar_flag = .true.
mesa_dir = ''

is set in inlist_project.

In that directory, I first do
./clean
then
./mk
then
./rn

which generates text output but no plots.

Then I noticed that the new 'get started' page recommends testing with star/test, not star/work.  So I tried that option, fixing the quote in the inlist changes.  I also added the pgstar_flag=.true.

I get this with ./rn

Still no plots.

I tried my runs from a MESA version from summer 2013 with similar errors.

I still haven't ruled out that I've done something stupid, like perhaps something didn't link right.
