[mesa-users] mesa on Windows 7 64

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone who has been able to get mesa running on Windows
7 (if you exist!) could help me out. As per the "getting started" site,
I've got Subversion downloaded and installed (via WANdisco) and have
downloaded all of the code via the command prompt:

svn co -r 5819 svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/mesa/code/trunk mesa

Then to install mesa, the site says to "edit your utils/makefile_header to
give the relevant information about your system. You’ll need to have an
up-to-date version of gfortran or ifort", so I went and downloaded/ran the
installer for MinGW 64 (via http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries).

And now I'm stuck on how to use mingw to edit that file.

I have greater than average experience with computers, but little to no
experience with actual programming. I know what the command line is and how
to do some basic things in it, but the only programming I've done is a high
school class on java and an intro class in undergrad (that was a complete
joke) on fortran, so I'm at a loss for what I'm supposed to be doing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
