Thats looks like a warning we can maybe ignore

Whats the output of:

gfortran -v

If it says this, then you should be good to go

COLLECT_GCC=/home/mesasdk/bin/gfortran.exec

gcc version 4.9.3 20141212 (prerelease) (GCC)
