the correct names of the libraries you need are:

libx11-6
libx11-dev

in the future the following will help you determine the exact package name
so apt recognizes it:

apt-cache search "name of package"

however, when searching for an exact name try and use only characters you
know are in the name otherwise it won't find any entries. For example, in
this case I would do

apt-cache search x11 or apt-cache search libx11, since I know all those
letters are correct for the package name.
