[mesa-users] Colors and magnitudes

We have a colors module, but it is pretty basic.   It follows this paper:

take a look at mesa/colors/public for the interface.

mesa/star takes care of initializing the colors module, so you'll just need to call colors_get from your run_star_extras.

you can look at the write_colors_info in star/job/run_star_support to see an example.

if you need better/newer routines for colors, please let's add them to the mesa/colors module!
