[mesa-users] Lithium depletion in MESA

Marc, you can look at the nets available at

mesa/data/net_data/nets

MESA by default uses basic.net for H and He burning, which does not include
lithium at all. So you will get zero abundance for it, as it's not even
initialized. You should probably go through that and see what would work
for your purposes, perhaps pp_and_cno_extras.net? Or you could make your
own custom net following the ones there as a template.

To see the options to switch between nets, just check
star/defaults/star_job.defaults and star/defaults/controls.defaults for the
parts relevant to the reaction network.
