[mesa-users] gyre compilation error

Hi guys,  I'm on Ubuntu 13.10, and I'm trying to compile with the latest
svn 6208, and the latest SDK, and I get the following error message when it
attempts to compile GYRE:


/home/amber/executables/mesa-6208/gyre
building gyre package.

/bin/sh: 1: fpx3_deps: not found
/bin/sh: 1: fpx3: not found
make: *** [gyre_lib.f90] Error 127

/home/amber/executables/mesa-6208/gyre/make
FAILED


/home/amber/executables/mesa-6208/gyre
./build_and_test FAILED

The files fpx3 and fpx3_deps are not actually in the /bin/sh folder of the
SDK, they are in /bin, assuming I am interpreting the error correctly. I
will just comment GYRE out for now. Thanks
