the current version only has Type2 for GN93, but Radek is working so we can add GS98 and A09 for the next release.
In addition, Andrea provided OPAL Type2 data for GS98_aFe_p4, so that will be in the next release too.

the prefix is different.   here's the relevant line from star/defaults/star_job.defaults

   kappa_CO_prefix = 'gn93_co' ! for C/O enhanced (Type 2 OPAL opacities) -- only have gn93
