Hendrick said it nicely. The net rate is the sum of many possibilities: e-
capture from the bound states (Kshell mostly) and from the continuum (I
used Bahcall's formalism and used phase space factor for partially
degenerate electrons), and positron emission (weak, see Hendrick's
comment). I suspect that you will have Fe56 for the numbers you quoted,
