[mesa-users] mesa installing error

Hello.

I am trying to install MESA on a linux/Ubuntu machine.
When I ran ./clean then ./install, I got the following message:

'Please set the environment variable OMP_NUM_THREADS.
Suggested value is the number of cores on your machine.
We need this in various test cases during installation.'

Where can I find this variable?
Thanks for any help in figuring this out.
