[mesa-users] mesa problems with the newly added OP opacity tables for a05 and a09 -- the old OP gs98 tables are fine

That's true; quite limited.
So, I made a preset grid in logT and logR and fed the OP server with this input file (OP_Table_Grid.txt; attached), and retrieved a sample OP table (OP_table.test; attached).
Indeed the format does not comply with the OPAL convention.

The range and mesh in this table is 
   logT_from: 3.75, logT_to: 8.0, delta_logT: 0.0429292929293, intervals: 100
   logR_from: -7.5, logR_to: -0.5, delta_logR: -0.0707070707071, intervals: 100
but it can be easily altered.

Bill: What is your optimal resolution in logT and logR?
