Thanks to Haili Hu, we now have OP monochromatic opacities in mesa/kap.

This sounds quite useful!  We're still limited by OP's upper logT limit but
perhaps that is not so bad.  While you're at it, why not make this new
pre-processor kick out the C- and O-enhanced opacities at the same time?
 No more switching to the old GN93 tables for He-burning.
