[mesa-users] hydro_failed_to_converge

Ok, let me try with these. The 0.02 limit is an option (smallest mass in
binary_controls), and it seems I erased by error the code that forces the
stop there. So without it, it will just go on until it runs into problems.

Let me make a fresh checkout and verify if that's whats causing the stop
here.
