[mesa-users] MESA SDK release 20130320

Hi Rich,

I've installed the new SDK, and it is working fine.  
My current mesa version (4849) passed the test_suite with
it, so I'm happy.  Thanks for the new version.  ;-)

And thanks again for providing the MESA SDK -- 
it is a great addition and has a big impact on
making mesa easier to use.
