[mesa-users] [patch] Change csh to bash

Hi all,
As needing two shells is overkill this patch changes all files i could find with a #!/bin/csh shebang to their bash equivalent

Tested with version 4836 clean install with tcsh uninstalled and it installs properly and also ran a test_suite though not specifically tested if output is the same but any bugs really should of cropped up during installation time.
