[mesa-users] Problems setting up MESA

Dear Mesa-Users

I am using Mac OS 10.5.8 and this will probably appear to be a very silly question.

MESA appears to have downloaded and installed itself correctly.

The mesasdk appropriate for my system has been downloaded.

During the process for installing mesa sdk as described on Rick Townsend's page, here is what I type and here is what I get out:


pam-rowdens-imac:~ pamrowden$ setenv MESASDK_ROOT /Applications/mesasdk
-bash: setenv: command not found
pam-rowdens-imac:~ pamrowden$ export MESASDK_ROOT=/Applications/mesasdk
pam-rowdens-imac:~ pamrowden$ source $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/mesasdk_init.csh
-bash: /Applications/mesasdk/bin/mesasdk_init.csh: line 26: syntax error: unexpected end of file
pam-rowdens-imac:~ pamrowden$ source $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/mesasdk_init.sh
pam-rowdens-imac:~ pamrowden$ 

This was typed into Terminal.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
