[mesa-users] Problems Installing

Hi Rich,

Here's a reproduction of what we did yesterday on Guido's laptop with the
same result.

System is 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04, Intel core i7 cpu, 6 GB RAM, and MESA
revision 4798.

With default OS settings, the install goes through to compiling the star
module without issue, then dies reading in EOS tables (presumably eos_init
in star_private_def.f) with error code 5014.  If we set

ulimit -s unlimited

we get a bit further, past eos, kap, and net.  Then it dies during nse_init:

failed in net_finish_def
failed in stardata_init
star_init ierr 5014

WARNING: failed in nse_init
init_and_alloc ierr 5014
WARNING: failed in nse_init

If we revert to 4723 and set ulimit -s back to 8192 (default setting), then
install completes successfully.
