[mesa-users] pointer error in mtx_support.f

I haven't used ifort with MESA in years -- I switched to the MESA SDK
and never looked back -- but I think the minimum version of ifort needed
to build MESA is > 11.

I don't know whether it's 12 or 13 though.  I seem to recall some posts
on this list regarding problems with 12, but hopefully an active ifort
user can weigh in and give you some up-to-date information.
