Hi,

Here's a list of changes in 5271. 

fix a problem in the mesa/star interface to GYRE

added a make_planets test case provided by Phil Arras

modified relax_omega_check_model to continue a few steps until omega settles down

added code from Roni Waldman to allow specification of nets for the auto_extend_net option.

fixed a bug that disabled smoothing of abundances in newly nonconvective regions

fixed the sdb test case since it depended on the bug in smoothing of abundances!  in this situation, it appears that radiative levitation doesn't play well with automatic smoothing of abundances in newly nonconvective regions, so I just turned off the automatic smoothing for this one test case.

fixed pgstar to properly deal with backups for display of history info

added test case inlist_35M_zams_to_cc that evolves 35 Msun star with Z = 0.02 and initial rotation at zams of 0.4 times critical to onset of core collapse.

changed the massive_rotating test case to evolve 80 Msun with Z = 0.03 and zams rotation = 0.1 critical from pre main sequence to onset of core collapse.

added new compound reactions for electron captures for use in the approx nets.

changed approx25.net to use the new reactions and to replace ti50 and fe60 by ni58 and ni60
