[mesa-users] Feedback on run_star_extras tutorial

Hi All,

I'm in the process of writing up a run_star_extras tutorial for the MESA
summer school.

I've made a first draft, but before I polished things too much I wanted
to get some community feedback.

Specifically, I'm interested in big picture things, for example:
  + are there features or best practices that I've missed?
  + are there places are confusing or lack enough detail?

Of course, I will certainly take reports of typos, etc, if offered.
